I am in SW France (Aude) and reception of the 2E/2F satellites is pretty much impossible where I am on anything less than 1.5m dish. There are now rumours going around down here that reception in both the Channel Islands and Scotland of the 2E/2F satellites is poor and that “they are going to bring back the “old” satellite to compensate”. I have now heard this from two sources one of which was said to be a local French satellite installer.
Personally I find that hard to believe, so anybody in Scotland or the CI with reception reports or indeed any other relevant knowledge?

@liero: difficult the satellites have already gone and moved to other uses. Also have never heqrd any difficulties across the UK ( which still includes Scotland at the moment,).
I think somebody is smoking something.
